Product details
The Lindy HDMI 2.0 18G Signal Analyzer and Generator is a reliable tool for testing all stages of the HDMI signal path. The device ensures easy and secure installation of HDMI AV devices, providing both commercial and private users with a high-quality HDMI experience. The Pattern Generator offers three HDMI video patterns up to 4K@60Hz with additional HDR support and the ability to adjust color depth, allowing for the testing of the maximum resolution of connected displays and resolving display-side issues.
In 'Sink' mode, the tester detects the signal from the source device and provides valuable information such as resolution and refresh rates to identify and resolve any compatibility issues. The cable mode allows for checking the performance and condition of the cable, an important feature for clearly identifying HDMI 2.0 cables with 18Gbit/s data rates in a market filled with numerous cables that are not fully compatible. The relevant information is displayed on a clear LCD screen. As a multifunctional solution, the tester can also be used in installations consisting of multiple AV devices, including 18G Cat.6 HDMI extenders and HDMI 2.0 matrices.
With its compact, portable design, this device can easily complement an AV installation kit without taking up much space—perfect for mobile installers at home or for larger professional installations.
