This DVI to DisplayPort converter transforms signals from a DVI-D source into a DisplayPort signal. It supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 and allows the connection of DVI devices such as PCs, laptops, and ultrabooks to modern DisplayPort displays. Due to its low power consumption, the converter can be powered through the DVI-D port of the PC. For increased power needs, there is also the option to connect the integrated USB cable to a USB port or a USB power adapter.

The converter can also be used to connect a second monitor for an extended or mirrored desktop, thereby expanding the existing desktop workspace. With its compact, lightweight design and convenient plug-and-play installation, it is also ideal for on-the-go use.
