S/FTP TPE patch cable, Cat.6A (500MHz) in snagless design with gold-plated contacts. Suitable for Ethernet up to Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T). The TPE jacket is a non-toxic alternative to PVC and can therefore be used in a variety of environments. Additionally, it is more flexible than its counterpart with a bend resistance of 10 million and has high impact and tear resistance, making it a very durable jacket material. Cat. 6 cables are shielded versions with a braid as the overall shield and foil shielding for the individual pairs (S/FTP), suitable for operating frequencies up to 500MHz. Cat.6A cables are versatile options for the professional sector. They are excellent for Gigabit Ethernet or AV extension applications. They are manufactured and tested according to the guidelines of the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packaged in a polybag. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over very long periods. The snagless clip protection prevents the breaking or tearing of the latch clip on the M/M (plug protection). This allows the cables to be stored and handled without getting the clips tangled.
