Product details
The LilyPad XBee is a breakout board for the popular XBee modules. The board features easy-to-sew tabs and all the necessary power regulation to operate within the LilyPad system.
LilyPad is a technology for wearable e-textiles developed by Leah Buechley and collaboratively designed by Leah and SparkFun. Each LilyPad is creatively designed with large connection pads so they can be sewn into clothing. Various input, output, power, and sensor boards are available. They are even washable!
The LilyPad XBee was co-developed by Kate Hartman and Rob Faludi. It works with all common types of XBee modules but does not come with a module included. Please note the points listed below.
Note: This LilyPad board does not include an XBee module.
Please note: A portion of this sale will be returned to Dr. Leah Buechley for the further development and education of e-textiles, as well as to Rob Faludi and Kate Hartman for product support and development.
