Lexmark Overvoltage protection device 220-240 V

Delivered between Thu, 24.7. and Sat, 23.8.

Product details

Using industrial-grade components, Lexmark's surge protection device prevents harmful power surges from reaching your Lexmark laser printer or MFP. Surges can also occur on telecommunications lines, potentially damaging your devices. Therefore, our surge protection monitors the fax line connected to your Lexmark MFP.

Unlike standard consumer protection devices, the circuit board of Lexmark's surge protection device features two layers of fiberglass that enhance flame resistance, as well as a thicker two-ounce copper layer that better distributes and dissipates heat. Additional thermal protection during a surge is provided by insulating tape and fiberglass component covers.

The specially designed housing of Lexmark's surge protection device offers greater flame resistance compared to many protection devices. It also features a reinforced insulation construction with dual retention functions and is welded to prevent tampering.

Temperature melt fuses reduce the risk of short circuits if a sustained or exceptionally high surge causes internal components to overheat undesirably.

The integrated 1.5-meter connection cable for IEC devices can be directly connected to the power supply of a Lexmark device, while the existing power cable of your Lexmark device fits into the device's socket.

When the blue LED is lit, protection is active. If it is not lit, the device needs to be replaced.
