Support for direct printing: With Wi-Fi Direct support, users of smartphones and tablet PCs (Android, iOS) can print over the WLAN connection without the hassle of configuring network access first.

Continuous, secure control: Through the embedded web page, administrators can perform a flash update for the device firmware or access the settings with a web browser to quickly and easily monitor the device status and changes to the default settings.

Easy installation: You can simply plug the WLAN card into the Internal Solutions Port. Other models require a supplied pod for the card holder or a WLAN module must be connected to the USB port of the Lexmark device.

Management security: The integrated SNMPv3 supports the management of encrypted and authenticated network data to protect remote configurations as well as device status reports.

Network-level protection: The integrated IPSec support can be used in both IPv4 and IPv6 TCP/IP networks, enabling encryption and authentication of data communication at the network level.

Connecting network users: The WLAN print server function adds connectivity to Lexmark devices according to 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and can be configured as part of the network infrastructure.
