The LevelOne GVT-2001 media converter is a powerful solution for converting network signals between copper and fiber-based networks. It supports the transmission of 10/100/1000BASE-T to 1000BASE-SX over a multi-mode fiber connection with a range of up to 550 meters. The converter is equipped with an RJ-45 port and enables both full-duplex and half-duplex connectivity. Thanks to the integrated Link Fault Pass-through (LFP) technology, reliable data transmission is ensured by monitoring signal losses on both fiber and copper connections. The GVT-2001 is designed for use in small and medium-sized businesses as well as home networks, offering easy configuration via built-in dip switches.
