The LevelOne FPS-1031 Print Server is an ideal solution for small to medium-sized offices, schools, and other businesses that want to use a printer on the network. The print server features a 10/100Mbps network connection and a DB-36 pin Centronics port for printers with a parallel connection. The FPS-1031 1 Port Parallel Printer Server supports Windows ME, 2000, XP, and Vista, as well as Mac OS 8.1 and newer, UNIX, Linux, and Netware (Bindery/NDS). Supported network protocols include TCP/IP, IPX, NetBEUI, AppleTalk, LPR, and SMB over TCP/IP for flexible use of different network clients within the same network. The FPS-1031 also supports the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) and Windows Print Monitor Technology for monitoring received print jobs. The LevelOne FPS-1031 can be easily configured via a web browser or the included configuration utility.
