The device is ideal for anyone trying homemade pasta for the first time, thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio. This manual pasta machine is made of solid stainless steel and stands securely on the countertop with its rubberized feet. The ergonomic crank is easy to assemble and operates smoothly. With the sharp cutting rollers, you can shape your pasta as desired – the thickness is conveniently adjustable on a scale from 1 to 7 using the side knob. All you need now is the pasta dough. Authentic Italian chefs swear by a very simple recipe: for every 100 g of flour (either 50 g of all-purpose flour and 50 g of semolina or commercially available pasta flour), use one medium-sized egg. Good things can be so simple!
