KILMAT's self-adhesive soundproofing mats for vehicle applications are made of butyl and aluminum foil and weigh 2.35 kg/m². This ensures optimal efficiency and sound-absorbing properties that only a 2 mm thick material can provide. KILMAT 2 mm is lightweight soundproofing material!
KILMAT sound insulation mats feature a special indicator that ensures proper mat installation. The foil has a unique pattern designed to show you whether the mat is correctly applied. Roll the mat onto the substrate until the foil is flat and smooth, so that you can no longer see its concave-convex texture. This way, you can be 100% sure that the material has been applied correctly and professionally.
