Keychron Q6 Max

The Keychron Q6 Max is a wireless, customizable mechanical keyboard made of full metal. It supports QMK/VIA and can be used via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, or USB-C. Enhanced acoustic foam and a double gasket design provide a pleasant typing feel and good sound quality. The Q6 Max offers a 2.4 GHz connection with a 1000 Hz polling rate and allows Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity with up to three devices—perfect for multitasking. Acoustic foams like IXPE, PET, and latex ensure a quiet, pleasant typing noise and a comfortable typing experience. The casing is made from 6063 aluminum and is manufactured in 24 steps, including CNC milling, polishing, and anodizing, ensuring durability and elegance.

The ARM Cortex-M4 chip provides a 1000 Hz polling rate in both 2.4 GHz and wired modes, and 90 Hz in Bluetooth mode, guaranteeing low latency. The double-gasket design dampens sound resonance thanks to silicone pads between the housing parts, making the typing sound softer. The Q6 Max is optimized for Mac and Windows, offers a system switch, and includes additional keycaps for switching between layouts. Switches can be replaced on the fly without soldering. It is compatible with 3-pin and 5-pin MX switches for flexible customization. 22 customizable RGB modes allow for adjustments in color, brightness, and effects. The key mapping is programmable via QMK/VIA. The Gateron Jupiter switches offer up to 80 million keystrokes and high RGB transparency for smoother lighting effects. The OSA profile keycaps provide a pleasant tactile feel and are oil-resistant, making them perfect for long-term use.
