Base heating plate for heating and maintaining the temperature of steel barrels. Steplessly adjustable thermostat from 50 - 300 °C with analog temperature control. Suitable for 200 - 220-liter steel barrels.

For quick warming, heating, and maintaining the temperature of liquids. Use the base heating plate where a heating jacket is not practical or in combination with a barrel heating jacket for even faster heating times. Liquids and materials are heated to the ideal temperature and maintained at that temperature using the base plate, ensuring easy processing and consistent quality of the product. Ideal for heating water, oils, fats, waxes, resins, and diesel fuel. Can be combined with barrel heating jackets and insulation covers to shorten the warming phase.
