The Joysway Focus 2 with an overall height of 2,046 mm is a high-performance sailing yacht for demanding leisure & sport sailors. The slim lines in the underwater area with numerous optimisations to the
keel and keel fin have resulted in even lower flow resistance and thus maximum speed on the water. The drop-shaped ballast made of zinc / aluminium at the lower end of the keel ensures a high righting moment of the model. The lines of the foreship are also very narrow. This makes it possible to cut through waves in the best possible way. The boat becomes wider towards the stern and has a sharp breakaway edge at the transom. Overall, this design results in less wave formation, which ultimately leads to a higher speed on the water. The upper end of the mast is free-standing and can easily spring out in gusty weather. The rudder servo with metal gear and the powerful 10 kg sail winch with metal gear are mounted in the model ready to run. The remaining work is limited to the assembly of the mast parts made of Kohel fibre and the sails, whereby the rigging is largely prefabricated.
