The diskAshur M² PIN-authenticated, hardware-encrypted SSD features an ultra-portable, robust, and slim design that includes the most advanced security attributes known for iStorage. The diskAshur M² encrypts data with FIPS PUB 197 validated AES-XTS 256-bit hardware encryption and includes a secure microprocessor Common Criteria EAL5+ (certified hardware), which employs integrated physical protection mechanisms to defend against external tampering, bypassing physical attacks, and more. The diskAshur M² is lightweight, dust and waterproof (IP68 certified), shock-resistant (withstands a drop from 4 meters onto a concrete surface), and crush-resistant (can withstand the weight of a 2.7-ton vehicle), making it extremely robust and ultra-portable.
