Product details

Intamsys PEEK filament 0.5kg 1.75mm Poly Ether Ether Ketone (PEEK) is a semicrystalline thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties, even at high temperatures. PEEK is considered one of the highest performing engineering thermoplastics available. It is commonly used in demanding applications across aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, and medical industries.

The Intamsys PEEK filament has unique properties due to its production process, which avoids contact with water and is packaged in a vacuum. This makes it particularly suitable for use in FFF 3D printers. The material exhibits excellent layer adhesion, resulting in improved impact resistance, strength, durability, and overall printing performance.

The PEEK filament produced by Intamsys complies with European regulations EC No. 1935/2004, EC No. 2023/2006, and EC No. 10/2011, which pertain to plastic materials and articles intended for contact with food. It is also compliant with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for food contact. The colorants used in the filament also meet these European regulations.
