Innolux Kuplat pendant light

Kuplat pendant light. Shimmering like a soap bubble: Yki Nummi designed a translucent plastic shade for the Finnish brand Innolux, featuring a charming shimmering overlay in the light. While the outer lampshade varies in clear to lightly tinted transparency, the inner, always white acrylic reflector effectively eliminates any potential glare. Additionally, it cleverly conceals the direct view of the light bulb inserted into the E27 socket and enhances the light intensity through reflection. A particularly beautiful detail is the color-contrasting housing of the lamp socket. Innolux offers this formidable soap bubble, the Kuplat pendant light, in two sizes, with the larger one being a variation of the original design from 1959.
