The Imetec Zero-Glu Pro is a specialized bread maker that kneads, lets rise, and bakes gluten-free bread, ciabattas, and rolls independently. With 20 automatic programs, it allows for the selection of various gluten-free flours, including specialty flours suitable for those with celiac disease. The bread maker features double kneading blades for effective mixing and a dual baking process for crispy bread. With accessories such as a bread pan, ciabatta pan, roll pan, basket, and measuring cup, it can bake various types of bread, rolls, and cakes. The Imetec Zero-Glu Pro is equipped with a BPA-free and PFOA-free non-stick coating and offers three browning levels. A recipe booklet is also included. The device has a power output of 920 watts.
