iFi Audio PowerStation

The audiophile power strip PowerStation from iFi Audio ensures that your system is consistently and quietly powered. The PowerStation utilizes iFi Audio's Active Noise Cancellation II to actively eliminate disruptive noises across the entire frequency range, including the lower frequencies. Each outlet also features passive filters to suppress interference at higher frequencies. The PowerStation has integrated ground and polarity detection. Two LED indicators show whether the plugs are correctly phased and if the system has proper grounding. Proper grounding is important, as a lack of grounding can lead to annoying humming or buzzing. The PowerStation is equipped with a 4 mm banana socket to allow for the use of a grounding cable if no existing grounding is available. This additional grounding connection will not create a ground loop, even if the system is already grounded. More than one ground would create a ground loop, leading to increased humming and buzzing, which we certainly want to avoid. And don't worry, surge protection is also included. If the PowerStation detects a surge or short circuit, it automatically shuts down to protect your plugged-in devices from potential damage. The PowerStation features six Schuko plug sockets on the top. Included in the package is an AC iPurifier from iFi Audio. Simply plug it into the front of the PowerStation, and you will benefit from an even cleaner power supply.
