With this adapter, you can connect your USB devices such as hubs, docking stations, video adapters, external enclosures for HDDs, etc., from both i-tec and other manufacturers to a notebook, tablet, PC, or smartphone equipped with the new USB Type-C connector. It features 1x USB 3.0 port for connecting your existing USB 3.1/3.0/2.0 devices and high-speed data transfer (5 Gbps). It can be used with the Apple MacBook 2015, Chromebook Pixel 2015, and other devices with a USB 3.0 connector. The new USB Type-C connector has many advantages - it is smaller and symmetrical, allowing for easy connection without the need to worry about the orientation of the connector.
