Made from a patented material consisting of a special mixture of polypropylene TTX01, glass fibre and rubber. It is also made of PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, aluminium and stainless steel. The TTX01 and the use of materials such as aluminium for the trolley versions make it possible to obtain a final weight of HPRC cases up to 20% lighter than the competition. A hard case has very few advantages in terms of port utilisation, transport and shipping costs.
The two-stage opening and closing system not only ensures particularly smooth movement, but also prevents the hooks from opening in the event of a fall.
The TTX01 material gives the cases the ability to withstand shocks, falls and pressure thanks to its high resistance and associated elasticity. An HPRC case exposed to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) does not lose its special properties.
