The winemaker's refractometer is ideally suited for determining grape ripeness and sugar content in must, grapes, wine, and beer. Thanks to automatic temperature compensation (ATC) and zero-point calibration, precise and reliable measurements can be achieved. With three measurement scales – Brix, Oechsle, and KMW – as well as fine resolution, the refractometer offers high accuracy. Versatile enough for use by hobby brewers to professional vintners, it reliably supports the control of the fermentation process and the calculation of alcohol potential.
