Cable tie and mounting set in a robust design. With this cable tie and mounting set, there is no need to carry multiple clamps with a fixed diameter. These cable fasteners are sturdy and easy to use, featuring an optimized design that allows for direct mounting on cable harnesses or in a production line. This cable tie and cable mounting set offers a good alternative to parts that are typically made of metal or stainless steel and is suitable for various temperature ranges. They are designed to meet the high demands of the automotive industry and are well-suited for vibrations, dynamic forces, and shear forces. A high tightening torque is ensured by metal inserts. The H-shape allows for excellent contact with cable harnesses, pipes, and hoses. For screw fastening, the cable tie is closed using a plastic locking mechanism. The internally serrated cable tie is made of polyamide 6.6 (PA66HIRHS) and is RoHS compliant. The flammability meets UL94 HB.
