Flexible base for rounded and angled surfaces. FMB mounts with a uniform acrylic adhesive system provide greater design freedom, weight reduction, and process cost optimization. The adhesive has high tensile and shear strength and is an innovative fastening solution for high- and low-energy surfaces. The protective film has an overhang for very easy peeling. The cable tie can be threaded from four sides, allowing for quick, easy, and flexible installation. FlexTack bases can also be used on high-energy surfaces such as metal or glass. These adhesive bases are particularly suitable for curved and angled surfaces. The acrylic adhesive used is suitable for high- and low-energy surfaces. The flexible adhesive bases offer an alternative where screw fastenings are not possible and can be used in a variety of applications due to their product properties, including powder-coated or painted surfaces, metal surfaces, as well as plastic cladding in various fields such as control cabinets, rail vehicle, aircraft, automotive, and agricultural machinery construction.
