Nylon PA12 Filament Lauramid® 3D N01 natural 1.75 mm 0.75 kg. The Polyamide 12 Filament Lauramid® 3D has been developed based on the high-quality and well-known engineering plastic Lauramid®. Available in natural and filled with carbon short fibers. The PA12 Lauramid® 3D filaments from Handtmann Elteka can be processed with most available 3D filament printers. Components made from Lauramid® 3D impress with their excellent technical material properties as well as a very high-quality appearance. The precise plastic wires with a diameter of 2.85 ±0.05 mm and 1.75 ±0.05 mm are 100% tested for dimensional accuracy. The determination of material properties is carried out using actual printed DIN EN ISO 527-1 test specimens. Depending on the component requirements, Lauramid® 3D can be processed unfilled, with carbon short fiber, individually, or in dual printing. Further material combinations with compatible materials such as TPU and Soft-PLA are possible. Printing settings: Printing temperature approximately 235 – 255 °C, print bed approximately 60 – 110 °C, ideally with a print bed surface like Buildtak, and a nozzle with a diameter of at least 0.2 mm.
