Exposure extension between +1 and +8 (ND2-400) f-stop values is possible. Rotating mount for individual adjustment. Coating: one layer on each side. Allows for large aperture openings, for example in portrait and outdoor shots under extreme brightness. The subject is clearly distinguished from the foreground due to background blur. Flowing water appears smooth due to long exposure times. Creates an impressionistic image effect in strong dimming.
