Adjustable filter for targeted reduction of light intensity. Exposure extension between +1 and +8 (ND2-400) f-stop values is possible. Rotating mount for individual adjustment. Coating: one layer on each side. Quality class (glass): high-quality optical glass. Image effect: allows for large apertures, e.g., in portrait and outdoor photography under extreme brightness. Background blur clearly distinguishes the photographed subject from the foreground. Flowing water appears smooth due to long exposure times. Creates an impressionistic image effect under strong darkening. Consumer note: To avoid vignetting, this filter has an overbuild of the front lens, meaning the diameter of the front lens is larger than that of the rear lens. Please note that a lens cap with a diameter of 62 mm is required.
