The radio includes an RJ45 Ethernet connection for integration into a wired network, a USB connection with charging and playback functions, and a wireless connection thanks to integrated WLAN technology (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n).
Additional features include two alarm storage locations with independent alarm modes (radio or alarm tone), a snooze function, network streaming via UPnP, compatibility with Spotify Connect, and control via an app on your smartphone or tablet PC.

Trotz der Vielseitigkeit des Hama DIR3110 können wir uns beim Fazit eigentlich ganz kurz fassen: Es kann sehr viel und hat, wie oben beschrieben, nur sehr kleine Schwächen, was den Sound in extremen Bereichen angeht. Wer auf der Suche nach einem wirklich guten (Internet-)Radio mit Streaming-Fähigkeiten ist, der sollte sich dieses Gerät wirklich mal aus der Nähe ansehen und anhören...
