Haida ND Filter Set for 58 mm Filter Diameter with Transport Bag
Create stunning photographs with the help of a neutral density filter. A neutral density filter (ND filter) allows for longer exposure times, making people or vehicles in the image invisible, which can be useful when capturing architectural shots without any personnel. This enables anyone to take impressive architectural photos. The ND filter reduces the amount of light entering through the lens, allowing for the use of a larger aperture. This is necessary when the subject to be photographed needs to stand out against a blurred background or when a motion blur effect is desired through long exposure. For example, falling water can be better photographed, especially when the ambient light is too bright. With this set, you will always have the right filter for the appropriate situation at hand or in front of the lens.
Note: This ND filter typically does not affect the camera's automatic exposure measurement. Therefore, it can also be used in all automatic modes (e.g., P, Av, Tv). However, on some DSLRs, it may be necessary to cover the viewfinder to prevent light from interfering with the exposure measurement.
