4-fold switched PDU for reducing power consumption, remote maintenance, and environmental monitoring. With the new IP-controlled power sockets, the power consumption of the installation can be effectively reduced: the collective shutdown of devices, even in standby mode, along with the integrated energy meters, contributes to sustainable operation of the infrastructure. Furthermore, the operator receives alerts when leakage currents occur, enabling preventive maintenance measures before downtime occurs. The PDUs feature 4, 8, or 12 load outputs (IEC C13 or protective contact) on the back, allowing connected devices to be turned off and on in case of a fault, even through media controls and DCIM solutions. Defined thresholds ensure that event-based switching operations can be initiated. Two integrated sensor connections for optionally available sensors allow for monitoring of ambient temperature, humidity, and air pressure. This enables early detection of system-critical conditions. Thanks to hot-plug capable sensors, commissioning with the Expert Power Control series is completed quickly.
