Growatt Control unit BDC 95045-A1 BMS

The Growatt BDC 95045-A1 BMS serves as the central monitoring and control unit within the ARK high-voltage battery system and supports communication with the Growatt MIN and MOD-XH inverters. It allows for the connection of up to 10 battery modules, each with an individual capacity of 2.56 kWh. These modules can be connected in series to form a battery tower with a total capacity of up to 25.64 kWh. Storage towers can also be interconnected, with one BMS required per tower.

The BDC 95045-A1 BMS is compatible with Growatt MIN-XH and MOD-XH inverters and offers a modular, stackable battery concept. The control parameters include state of charge (SOC), grid voltage, current, cell voltage, cell temperature, and PCBA temperature measurement. By precisely monitoring these parameters, the BMS ensures optimal performance and longevity of the battery.

The Growatt ARK battery system offers high flexibility through its expandable configuration options, ranging from 2.56 kWh to 25.6 kWh. The installation and expansion of the system are straightforward and uncomplicated due to the modular design and use of cables. Another innovation of the ARK system is that, unlike other battery systems, no battery cabinet is required. Only a battery base is necessary.
