Growatt APX 5.0P-B1 High-voltage battery 5kWh LiFePO4

The APX 5.0P-B1 battery module from Growatt is a high-voltage battery that utilizes proven lithium iron phosphate storage technology. The LiFePO4 batteries are characterized by a long lifespan and high safety, even under high performance. Additionally, the modular energy optimization ensures that the system fully utilizes the energy of each battery. To achieve a very flexible system application, old and new battery batches as well as batteries with different capacities can be mixed and connected. A soft start is employed to avoid overvoltage in the system.

The APX series is also compatible with the new inverter series featuring backup functionality.

The APX high-voltage battery offers flexible capacity options of up to 30 kWh, cobalt-free LiFePO4 storage technology, 90% depth of discharge (DoD), active protection at the BMS level, integrated modular energy optimization, and supports the combination of new and old battery modules in one system. The soft start helps to prevent overvoltage in the system.

The modular and stackable design allows for easy installation and comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The APX battery system is flexible due to its modular concept and can be expanded as needed. A battery tower can be built with a minimum of one and a maximum of six storage modules. One power module is required per tower for operation.
