This high-quality DisplayPort cable supports resolutions of up to 8K/UHD-2 at 60 Hz and 4K/UHD at 240 Hz (color sampling 4:4:4/RGB) with a maximum bandwidth of 52.22 Gbit/s (via UHBR 13.5). Additionally, it supports 32 audio channels with a sampling rate of 1.536 kHz. This means that all known audio formats can be processed, including Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Auro 3D surround sound formats.

The DSC technology is a visually lossless compression method used at very high resolutions that compresses the streamed video data. Therefore, DisplayPort 2.0 (UHBR 13.5) is capable of displaying 8K/UHD-2 at 144 Hz with 4:4:4/RGB color sampling (DSC enabled). The FEC ensures error-free transmission of the compressed DSC data.

The solid and shielded full metal connectors with gold-plated contacts guarantee an optimal connection. The locking mechanism on the connectors prevents accidental disconnection. The connectors are protected against corrosion by galvanization. The cable conductors are made of copper (CU). In combination with the high-quality triple shielding, this allows for lossless signal transmission and increased tensile strength of the cable.
