The halogen-free Cat. 8.1 patch cable from Good Connections® features a slim latch protection and is capable of supporting up to 40 Gigabits, making it suitable for demanding network connections.

Benefits of Cat. 8.1 technology: The Cat. 8.1 technology offers a range of improvements over previous copper-based network solutions. Data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s are often no longer sufficient. Faster fiber optic solutions are unsuitable for widespread use due to their high costs. Cat. 8.1 patch cables are also suitable for 25 Gbit/s and 40 Gbit/s Base-T Ethernet networks, eliminating the need to combine multiple 10 Gbit/s Base-T links into a single logical connection. This reduces the number of ports required, saving valuable space in data centers. The maximum bandwidth has also increased to 2000 MHz / 2 GHz.

High-quality cable construction: The conductor of this patch cable is made of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC).
