In-wall Radio IP pure white glossy - Internet radio for flush-mounted installation. The radio can stream internet radio stations via Wi-Fi. Alternatively, it can be used to control Sonos speakers. It is also possible to play music files via Bluetooth from a mobile device. The radio is operated using the capacitive buttons on the control panel, requiring only a light touch on the symbols. Integration into the Wi-Fi network can be done easily using the WPS function. Additionally, commissioning can be comfortably done with the Gira System 3000 app via a mobile device. The app also allows for all other settings of the radio. Up to 20 favorite stations can be saved, with the first three stations accessible directly via the favorite buttons on the radio. Other functions available through the app include selecting operating modes "Internet Radio" or "Sonos Control," customizing the display content arrangement, sound settings, weather forecast, and alarm function. The radio can be switched on together with room lighting via the 230-V auxiliary input, for example, using a light switch or motion detector. The radio is compactly housed in a flush-mounted box and can thus be installed in a single device socket. The speaker can be installed in combination with the radio or separately in a device socket. Two speakers can be connected to the radio unit. The radio can operate in mono and stereo modes. In sleep mode, the radio automatically turns off 30 minutes after being switched on. The radio can also be used as an alarm clock. When combined with other electronic devices under a common cover, there may be reception impairments.
