Vacuum pressure reaches up to 0.75 bar, with a vacuum capacity of 9 liters per minute. A powerful 120-watt motor is suitable for vacuum marinating and sous-vide cooking. There is a connection for vacuum generation in containers, with optional accessories including vacuum containers, film rolls, and bags. Air-tight sealing allows food products to last up to five times longer, resulting in significantly less waste. The natural minerals and vitamins are preserved. Vacuumed food is easy to transport, making it ideal for picnics and travel.
