It features an automatic document feeder with duplex capability for up to 50 sheets. Scanned documents can be directly converted into PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files, saved in a folder, or sent via email. The scanner is compatible with both Mac and Windows.

Der Scanner eignet sich wegen der mäßigen Bildqualität eher für Dokumentendrucks. Zudem macht er dank der schnellen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit einen guten Eindruck. Im Betrieb ist er außerdem kaum zu hören und kann Vorder- und Rückseite gleichzeitig scannen. Die Texterkennung arbeitet zuverlässig und liefert gute Ergebnisse.
Für Vielscanner ist der Fujitsu vermutlich das richtige Gerät und auch das Bedienen ist recht simpel. Zudem kann der Scanner auch beidseitig Dokumente verarbeiten und in verschiedene Dokumentenformate umwandeln. Dabei benötigt er je nach Format etwas länger, wobei die allgemeine Geschwindigkeit beeindruckt.
