Properties of PLA Stone from the PLA Plastic Family

StoneFil is a PLA-based 3D filament filled with 50% powdered stone, giving 3D printed parts a true stone-like aesthetic and a rough, matte surface texture. Due to the stone powder filling, the StoneFil filament is abrasive and should not be printed with a brass nozzle. Nozzle size should be at least 0.40 mm.

Printing Properties

Printing temperature 215 - 230 °C, bed temperature 45 - 55 °C, difficulty level Medium, surface Matte, specific weight 1.7 g/cm³, heat resistance 53 °C, compatible nozzles hardened steel, ruby, adhesion types 3DLac adhesive spray, spring steel plate PEI, PrintaFix, special properties stone-filled.

Flow rate: ± 110%, nozzle 0.60 mm or larger.
