Born in Cyprus, designer Michael Anastassiades discovered his love for design at an early age. In 1994, he opened his own design studio and dedicated himself to creating unique lighting. However, he was able to establish himself through collaboration with the Italian design label Flos. In addition to the IC floor lamp, Anastassiades also designed the Overlap pendant lamp and the Copycat table lamp for the lighting manufacturer.
