Product details

PLA-A 1000g filament is available in two variants: transparent and opaque. It is environmentally friendly, easy to print, and user-friendly for indoor use. With low temperature resistance, it is suitable for creating luminous channel letters. The raw materials used are FDA-approved and biodegradable, meeting environmental and safety requirements.

Recommended printing conditions:

  • Nozzle temperature: 190–220℃ (210℃ recommended)
  • Build platform temperature: Room temperature – 60℃ (40℃ recommended)
  • Building surface material: Tempered glass, BuildTak, carbon fiber board
  • Nozzle diameter: 0.4/0.6 mm (0.4 mm recommended)
  • Cooling fan: 50–100%
  • Layer thickness: 0.12–0.3 mm
  • Print speed: 60–90 mm/s (60 mm/s recommended)
  • Driving speed: 60–120 mm/s
  • Ambient temperature for printing: Room temperature – 40℃
  • Retraction length: 1–2 mm
  • Retraction speed: 30–50 mm/s
  • Recommended support material: Self-supporting, PVA, BVOH.
