Flashforge Foto 13.3 LCD Resin Printer
The print size is four times larger than that of other LCD printers.
Superior printing performance: The Z-axis is supported by a dual linear ball screw, which drastically improves stability during movement and reduces the risk of layer shifting. Layer shifting frequently occurs in models printed with conventional stepper motors.
High precision: For prototype designers and manufacturers, the printed segmentation model can be assembled without polishing, enhancing the iterative process of product updates. In contrast, printers typically require at least an additional quarter of the time for surface polishing. For service providers and factories, it is now possible to mass-produce high-precision products, such as jewelry and spare parts, and deliver them directly to customers. The printed hair accessory model can be inlaid with diamonds after painting.
Fast printing speed: With a 4K monochrome screen, the exposure time is reduced to one-third compared to other LCD printers. The large-format LCD printer offers industrial designers and manufacturers new possibilities and improves the production efficiency of service providers and factories. Firstly, the output of full-page models is doubled compared to similar printers using Surface Exposure Molding technology. Secondly, the printing time is reduced to at least one-third compared to other SLA printers of similar size.
Easy maintenance: The projection wall is equipped with a module for quick disassembly. Only a few steps, such as installing screws and connecting cables, are required to replace the projection wall, making it simple and convenient. Compared to the layer-by-layer disassembly and assembly of other common devices, the working time is reduced by two-thirds, and users face fewer difficulties and risks during replacement.
