Digital Light Processing (DLP) is an innovative method of 3D printing and is also used by the Hunter. With this technology, image signals are first processed into digital data. Then, the image data is projected, similar to a projector, onto a liquid resin that solidifies under light. This builds the finished 3D object layer by layer.
The DLP process allows for ultra-fine object surfaces, which are necessary for applications such as jewelry manufacturing or in the medical and dental fields. The Hunter can process resins from various manufacturers, enabling a wide range of materials to be used.
