Angle bracket for the connection between solar rails and STSI and STSR double-threaded screws or to connect two overlapping solar rails crossed at 90°. Version with long slotted hole.

MW SU and MW SA are the angle brackets in A2 stainless steel for the connection of the double-threaded screws with the solar rails or to connect two overlapping solar rails crossed at 90°. The slotted hole on the vertical section enables the height adjustment of the solar rail. Available in two versions, short or long, to adapt to different height requirements.

Properties

• X5CrNi 18-10 stainless steel hook in accordance with EN 10088-2:2005.

Functionality
Connection with STRS or STSI double-threaded screws:

• Insert the MW connecting bracket between the two nuts of the STSR/STSI double-threaded screw and tighten them.
• Connect the solar rail to the MW bracket through the slotted hole using SKS M 8 screw and MU FM 8 flanged nut.
• Use the pair of STSR/STSI double-threaded screw nuts to adjust the position of the MW connecting bracket.

Crossing of two solar rails:

• Connect the MW bracket to the lower solar rail using the FCN AL hammer head nut and SKS M 8 screw.
• Fix the upper solar rail to the bracket through the slotted hole using SKS M 8 screws and MU FM 8 flanged nut.
