Filament TPU S-Flex 90A blue 0.25kg 1.75mm
TPU, TPE, 1.75 mm, 250 g, BlueProduct details
Spectrum TPU S-Flex 90A 1.75mm 0.25kg Pacific Blue is a semi-flexible filament with a Shore hardness of 90A, specifically designed for 3D printing. This filament allows you to create flexible items more easily than with other materials. The appropriate composition ensures good adhesion both between layers and between the printed object and the build platform.
Thanks to its resistance to hydrocarbons and good lamination between layers, you can produce sealing elements that are resistant to various operating fluids and ensure optimal sealing. Additionally, objects made from this material are often used as energy-absorbing components, such as shock absorbers or vibration dampers.
The filament is vacuum-packed on a transparent spool.
Printing settings:
- Nozzle temperature: 200-230°C
- Bed temperature: 50-70°C
- Heated chamber: not required
- Active cooling: 50%
- Print speed: 15-50 mm/s
- Flow rate: 100-105%
Material properties:
- High hydrolysis resistance
- Up to 500% elongation at break
- Shore A hardness of 90
- High tensile and tear strength
- Low shrinkage
- Resistant to many common industrial oils and chemicals
- Reduced stringing during printing
Storage: Cool and dry (15-25°C) and away from UV light to improve shelf life.
Each desktop 3D printer has its own unique characteristics, so it may be necessary to experiment with the temperature settings to achieve the best results. Consider variables such as the nozzle diameter of your 3D printer, print speed, and layer height.
