FiiO K5 Pro

The FiiO K5 Pro serves as a link between a computer, music player, smartphone, or tablet as the input source, and active speakers or headphones as the output source. This makes it easy to set up a simple and space-saving mini audio system. The high-quality digital-to-analog converter AKM AK4493 ensures very natural and dynamic sound quality. The built-in headphone amplifier from Texas Instruments is a powerhouse, capable of driving almost any headphone. The XMOS XUF208 USB chip processes high-resolution data up to 768 kHz/32 Bit and DSD512, ensuring that every single sound detail is represented absolutely realistically.

The numerous connection options make the FiiO K5 Pro an interface for various audio equipment. A computer or laptop connects to the USB input of the FiiO K5 Pro. Music players, smartphones, tablets, etc., can be connected via the RCA inputs as well as coaxial or optical connections. RCA outputs are available for connecting speakers. A headphone can be connected to the front of the K5 Pro via the 6.35 mm jack. To accommodate headphones and earphones with a 3.5 mm plug, a 6.35 mm to 3.5 mm adapter is included in the package. On the front of the FiiO K5 Pro, there is a knob for three gain settings, allowing headphones with different sensitivities to be connected. Another switch allows for toggling between input sources (USB-In / Line-In / Optical/Coaxial-In). The large metal volume knob on the front of the K5 Pro allows for precise and comfortable volume adjustment. The solid aluminum housing of the FiiO K5 Pro is finished in a subtle black, compact in size, and fits just as well on a desk as it does in a HiFi rack.
