FiiO FF1

The FiiO FF1 earphones are not traditional in-ear headphones, but rather earbuds. Earbuds sit in the outer ear rather than being inserted into the ear canal, which many music lovers find significantly more comfortable. Especially when lying on your side, earbuds do not press against the ear. Weighing only 3.2 grams per earphone, the FiiO FF1 is also exceptionally lightweight.

A common drawback of earbuds is often their weaker bass response. To provide rich and powerful bass reproduction, FiiO has developed an Acoustic Resistance Pipe for the FF1, which enhances airflow and thus ensures solid bass. The dynamic, high-performance driver is generously sized with a diameter of 14.2 mm, generating an energetic and voluminous sound.

The package includes six pairs of foam covers, which create different sound signatures: enhanced bass, balanced sound, or a transparent, finely resolved sound with a focus on the highs. The earphone cable is replaceable and features 2-pin connectors at both earphones. The 3.5 mm plug fits many portable music devices, and to use the FF1 with smartphones without a headphone jack, a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter cable is included.

For those who prioritize a particularly secure fit in the ear, the earphones can also be equipped with one of the three pairs of included anti-slip silicone rings. Thus, the FiiO FF1 is suitable for various applications: it does not press on the ear when lying down, provides a secure fit during sports, and thanks to the integrated microphone and cable controls, it can also accept phone calls or activate the microphone for gaming.
