FiiO BTR13

The FiiO BTR13 is a compact DAC and headphone amplifier with Bluetooth and an impressive range of functions. Despite its low weight of just 28.6 grams, the device impresses with its high performance. The two high-quality Cirrus Logic CS43131 DACs in fully balanced design and the impressive output power of 220 mW ensure that the BTR13 can be used with a wide range of headphones without any problems.

The BTR13 is particularly impressive due to its wide range of possible applications. The BTR13 can be used in Bluetooth, PC or phone mode. Switching between the different modes is conveniently done via a switch. In Bluetooth mode, the BTR13 supports advanced codecs such as LDAC, AAC, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive, which ensure excellent wireless audio transmission. Power is supplied via the internal battery, and the BTR13 can also be charged simultaneously via the USB-C port if required. In wired PC mode, the BTR13 draws power from the PC or Mac and charges the internal battery. In wired smartphone mode, power is supplied via the BTR13's internal battery and the smartphone's battery is not drained.

Particularly noteworthy is the integrated 0.96-inch colour display, which allows intuitive control of all functions. For audiophile users, the BTR13 also offers a parametric equaliser (PEQ) that can be individually adjusted via the FiiO Control app. This allows you to optimise the sound to your own preferences and create a personalised listening experience. The BTR13 impresses with its user-friendliness and flexibility. It has both a 3.5 mm and a 4.4 mm headphone output and is therefore compatible with a wide range of headphones. The battery life of around eight hours ensures reliable use.
