The VMS04400 is a true HDMI 4x4 matrix switch that allows you to distribute 4 HDMI sources to up to 4 HDMI sinks such as TVs, projectors, or AV receivers. It offers flexible assignment of input signals to outputs and supports video resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz, as well as HDR10, Dolby Vision, and 3D. An integrated downscaler reduces 4K signals to 1080p, ensuring that Full HD displays can be optimally utilized even with Ultra HD signals, while the main display continues to receive the original 4K signal. The switch supports EDID management, allowing higher formats to be used even when not all devices support them. This is particularly useful for optimizing formats like Dolby Vision or 3D when their EDID is copied. Additionally, the VMS04400 supports common audio formats such as DTS, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Atmos, and is fully compatible with HDCP 2.2. The switch can be used with up to 4 HDMI inputs and 4 HDMI outputs, offering a maximum bandwidth of 594 MHz. The maximum power consumption is 11.04 W, and the dimensions are 220 x 105 x 19 mm.
