Is it still possible to be enthusiastic about pencils in the age of PCs and the Internet? You can: Whether short, long, round, square, smooth, with a built-in sharpener and eraser - there have always been attractive innovations. One pencil that has been a world first for years is the GRIP 2001: the patented Soft GRIP zone prevents fingers from slipping. The ergonomic triangular shape ensures fatigue-free writing. The pencil is coated with environmentally friendly water-based lacquer, a technology that Faber-Castell was the first manufacturer to introduce. The lead is completely glued to the wooden casing and is therefore particularly resistant to breakage. The GRIP 2001 pencil is available in 5 different degrees of hardness.
