Greentec Pro Black is part of the BIO-Performance series from Extrudr and has been specifically developed for high-performance applications. The material is characterized by good bending strength and low warping, as well as a high-quality surface.

It offers high stability, is odorless, food-safe, and FDA-compliant. Additionally, it is biodegradable according to DIN EN ISO 14855.

  • Printing speed: 40 mm/s - 60 mm/s
  • Bed temperature: 20 °C - 90 °C
  • Filament weight: 800 g

Maximum load: GreenTEC Pro provides very good mechanical and thermal load characteristics.

Elongation at break: GreenTEC Pro is a medium-hard yet slightly flexible material that withstands loads well.

Heat resistance: GreenTEC Pro remains thermally stable at temperatures up to 160 °C.

Difficulty level: GreenTEC Pro is suitable for users with some prior knowledge. Compared to materials with similar strength and heat resistance such as PC, ABS, and PEEK, GreenTEC Pro is easier to process.

Visual quality: GreenTEC Pro has very high optical quality. Due to the matte surface, layers are only minimally visible.

Layer adhesion: The layer adhesion of GreenTEC Pro is very good. When broken, the material fractures across the layers.

Impact resistance: Thanks to its slight flexibility, GreenTEC Pro withstands external impacts well.
