GreenTec BDP is part of our BIO Performance series and has been specifically developed for high-performance applications. The material offers a heat resistance of 115 °C (VST) and is optimized for high tensile and flexural strength. Additionally, it features a high-quality matte finish. GreenTec is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional industrial materials, made from 100% renewable resources and is biodegradable according to DIN EN ISO 14855. Furthermore, the raw material has food approval (FDA).

Maximum Load:
GreenTec offers excellent load-bearing properties along with outstanding impact and break elongation, making it the ideal material for high-performance applications.

Break Elongation:
GreenTec is slightly flexible and allows for good absorption of stresses.

Heat Resistance:
GreenTec is a high-performance material that is heat resistant up to 115 °C, making it a good alternative to more difficult-to-process materials like PC, ABS, POM, and PEEK.

Difficulty Level:
GreenTec is recommended for users with intermediate experience. Its strength is comparable to PC, ABS, and PEEK, which also exhibit very good temperature resistance but are more challenging to process.

Visual Quality:
GreenTec has excellent optical quality with a matte surface that reduces visible layers.

Layer Adhesion:
The layer adhesion of GreenTec is very good. Manufactured objects break through the layers when destroyed.

Impact Resistance:
Due to its slight flexibility, it can withstand external impacts well.
